Derek Twigg MP Welcomes Creation of Halebank Parish Council.
Angela Smith MP, Parliamentary under Secretary of State at the Department for Communities and Local Government has announced that she has agreed to accept a petition for a Halebank Parish Council.
Derek Twigg MP said:
"I am pleased to have been able to support the creation of the parish council and have previously spoken to the minister urging her to approve the creation of the parish council for Halebank.”
