No Planning Permission at Derby Road
Derek Twigg MP has been contacted by a number of constituents regarding concerns that Wainhomes are planning to build on the land opposite Eternit on Derby Road. Derek Twigg has been assured by Halton Borough Council that Wainhomes do not have planning permission to build on this open space and the fence that they have erected does not have planning permission and needs to be removed.
Derek Twigg MP said:
“The land at Derby Road is a very important green area and an asset to the neighbourhood. I can assure my constituents that if planning permission is applied for by Wainhomes or anyone else I shall be opposing it, giving my full support to local residents.”
